1. Return Eligibility

Item must be returned in its original packaging with all parts, manuals, and accessories
Return must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

2. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

2️⃣ Await return approval and instructions from our support team
3️⃣ Ship the item using a trackable shipping method
4️⃣ Once inspected, we’ll process your refund or send a replacement

📦 Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to a defect or shipping error, we will cover the cost

  • If returning due to personal preference or incorrect order, you are responsible for shipping


3. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.

Approved Refunds:

🚫 Rejected Refunds:
