- Eligibility: Returns are accepted for products that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Returns are valid within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- Minimum Order Return: As we are a wholesale-only provider, returns must meet our minimum order requirements. Partial returns below this minimum will not be accepted.

Refunds

Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a replacement product, please initiate a return for the original item(s) and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Clearance or final sale items
Shipping Costs
